Periodical, indirect, and special tests of railway tanks and pressure cylinders

The company fulfils technical and organizational requirements of the 2010/35/UE directive, which is confirmed by a notified body of the Office of Transportation Technical Inspection, to prepare pressure shipping equipment for periodical, indirect, and special tests in regard to railway tanks and pressure cylinders.

Within the scope of our qualifications, we perform attestation procedure on chloride barrels, which includes:

  • degassing,

  • disinfection and cleaning,

  • drying,

  • replacing seals,

  • replacing valves,

  • inspection of the inside,

  • measurement of wall thickness,

  • water test,

  • tightness test,

  • cleaning and painting outer surfaces,

  • acceptance by a Transportation Technical Inspection officer.
